Next Phase Recruitment is an approved supplier of recruitment and selection services under the HR Services Common Use Arrangement (Contract No 39104).

Recruitment and selection services include:

  • Provide guidance and/or advice in relation to recruitment and selection.

  • Prepare recruitment advertising in line with any current WA Government Advertising CUA.

  • Short-list applicants and prepare interview questions.

  • Being a selection panellist.

  • Draft selection reports.

  • Undertake recruitment searches for executive management jobs including the establishment of gender and diversity balanced applicant pools.

  • Undertake recruitment searches for professional and specialist jobs.

  • Act as a post box for applicants inclusive of receiving applications and distribute information packages in relation to the recruitment process.

  • Undertake reference checks.

  • Debrief successful and unsuccessful applicants.

  • Prepare letters to applicants during and following the process.

  • Undertake alternative assessment methods, where required by the customer.
