Our objective is to reduce the amount of time required by our clients in considering CVs and interviewing candidates. We refer only a minimum number (typically 2 or 3) suitable candidates to clients. We strongly believe in referring only candidates with both the skills and experience required in the job description and also the right personality and cultural match.

This has on occasion lead to us advising clients that we have no suitable candidates for the role they are seeking, but conversely we have found that we have a very high engagement rate for candidates that we do refer to clients.
