the more flexible you can be, in terms of availability (days and hours), the better

consider contract work as well as permanent roles (we have noticed an increase in the number of contract placements which have the potential to convert to permanent roles later)

dont be deterred by rejection, as there are a lot of candidates in the market now and often employers dont even review all CVs submitted via online job boards
