• the more flexible you can be, in terms of availability (days and hours), the better

• consider contract work as well as permanent roles (we have noticed an increase in the number of contract placements which have the potential to convert to permanent roles later)

• dont be deterred by rejection, as there are a lot of candidates in the market now and often employers dont even review all CVs submitted via online job boards

• it is all good practice!
