Candidate experiences

"I found Next Phase Recruitment to be professional, friendly and very understanding when I approached them about returning to work. Next Phase listened to what was important to me in a new role and understood the importance of work life balance.

I have returned to work and although it was challenging at first with the juggle of daycare, school and the daily ritual of running a household, once I was organised I found that everything clicked into place. To me the key to work life balance is a happy, organised household as well as a fulfilling role at work. Before you start looking for a new role think about what you really want to do and enjoy doing, to be satisfied at work."

"I would like to thank Next Phase Recruitment (NPR) and in particular Emma for the assistance and services provided in obtaining part-time work.

NPR initiated an exciting opportunity and lifestyle for me. Moving from full-time to part-time work, it was a significant step and important to obtain a role that was meaningful, stimulating, encompassed my professional training and maintained financial security. All my requirements were easily satisfied by the positions NPR put forward. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of part-time work NPR had available, and the flexibility potential employers offered. I am pleased to say my new role is fantastic and my husband and I are thoroughly enjoying a new balanced and carefree lifestyle.

I would certainly recommend anyone thinking of re-entering the work force or moving from full-time work to speak with NPR and embrace all the benefits part-time work offers."

Client experiences

"I first came across your advert in the WA Business News and your advert caught my eye as being different...a recruitment agency specialising in people wanting flexible work arrangements and returning to the workforce. Running an interior design business with a small team of women I am well aware of employee needs for flexibility!

Having met with yourself and Sarah I have been impressed with the very professional and personal approach and the time you have taken to ascertain my staffing needs. It has been particularly important for the person to be both skilled and experienced and the right 'fit' for the team. You have been able to provide temporary staff whilst undertaking a careful recruiting process to engage just the right person; making sure it was a good match for both myself as the employer and the employee. I have very much appreciated the fact you have not sent me unsuitable candidates and that I have not taken up time with advertising, selection and interviewing. This I see as one of the major advantages of using a recruitment agency.

From my point of view if the person is excellent I am more than willing to work out flexible work arrangements. Many businesses are finding it hard to recruit and retain staff, so it is vital employers are flexible and valuing of their staff. Thanks to Next Phase Recruitment we now have a fantastic office manager on board and the whole team is thrilled. She has fitted in so well! I believe your agency is most likely attracting a mature and experienced pool of potential employees and this is of enormous value to employers.

I am very pleased to be using your services again to recruit an accountant, and again whilst only just started your choice of candidate is of a high calibre. The added benefit too is being able to employee potential new staff on a casual basis to first ascertain their suitability.

I would highly recommend your services and will certainly be using you again in the future.

Many thanks."

"After 20 years of being self employed and four successful businesses, I have over the years employed over 500 staff, most of it in-house. Having just created a new company (along side my existing one) I was facing the challenge of finding a marketing manager and personal assistant who were going to provide the experience and skills that I needed to help me move forward. My catch was I only needed both positions to be part-time, with all the experience I could get.

I came across Next Phase Recruitment one "not so lazy Sunday afternoon" flicking through the WA Business News, thinking how I get my new staff that I need NOW... and then I saw the advert that was going to do this for me.
I called Next Phase Recruitment inspired by their promises and services on offer. I was not disappointed. They provided a fast, efficient and friendly service by sourcing the perfect staff to match my needs.

So to the credit of both Emma and Sarah I now have for the first time a Personal Assistant and Marketing Manager - both part-time - who have all the experience and skills I need whilst providing flexible working arrangements that suit as all!

In today's world flexibility with employees who have young families and still want to have a rewarding and challenging career is the key. My Marketing Manager works from home in her own hours to suit her young family and my Personal Assistant works within school hours plus allowing for any time for the all important school activities. It keeps a happy medium and in turn the benefits of sheer dedication and efficiency has returned a huge bonus for me.

Thanks Emma and Sarah without your help I would not have been able to achieve all of this!"
