The Directors
Emma Wright and Sarah Wilkins established Next Phase Recruitment in response to feedback received from friends and family on the difficulty of finding meaningful, flexible work. Emma and Sarah are mums with a combined 20-years experience working in the professional services field for large companies. They understand the difficulties in finding and maintaining meaningful work while trying to manage life's other priorities.
Emma is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of international experience in project management, business analysis and financial management. Sarah is a solicitor who has worked in private practice, and in-house for both a listed Australian industrial company and a large multi-national firm. Emma and Sarah have both led a number of very large teams and understand the importance of recruiting and retaining a strong, dependable workforce.
Since having their children, Emma and Sarah have become acutely aware of the challenges of finding meaningful, flexible work. This fact, together with the awareness of the labour shortfall in Western Australia, prompted them to research the concept of flexible work arrangements. During their research they also recognised the enormous untapped resource of mums and retirees wanting to re-enter the workforce and their passion grew to become flexible work specialists. Emma and Sarah delight in helping their candidates and clients reap the benefits that a flexible workplace can deliver.
